Accomodation for 102 students

Clean, well-ventilated, appropriately sized rooms. There are 16 rooms on the ground floor and 25 on the first floor, totaling 41 rooms and one dormitory hall. Each of the rooms on both the ground and first floors is fully furnished with modern amenities — AC rooms with attached toilet. Every room has a table, chair, box-type cupboard for storage, bed, mattress, steel almirah, fan, and tube light facilities. Most of the rooms are occupied by two students.

Mess Facility (Pure Vegetarian)

Within the hostel premises, a mess operated entirely by the students themselves functions throughout all seven days of the week, serving wholesome meals twice a day. The mess is managed by a student-in-charge and provides pure, delicious, and nutritious food at a minimal cost. To add variety and joy to the routine, a special feast is organized every Sunday, which is eagerly awaited and enjoyed by all students as a time to relax and bond with peers..

Scholarships and Annual Awards

Scholarships are provided to eligible students as per the prescribed rules, upon submission of an application. These scholarships aim to support and encourage academic excellence.
During the annual festival held in the month of January, various awards are presented to deserving students in recognition of their outstanding achievements in academics.

Computer with Wi-Fi Zone

The hostel is equipped with a well-furnished, air-conditioned facility that includes computers, a dedicated Wi-Fi zone, reading tables, and other essential resources to support students academic needs. A 24-hour free Wi-Fi facility is available within the premises to ensure uninterrupted connectivity. For complete security of the campus, CCTV cameras have been installed throughout.

Personality Development

Lectures by speakers and health camps are organized from time to time to provide guidance and promote health among students. Activities such as handicrafts, room maintenance, and various competitions are conducted as part of annual programs for personality development.

Academic Development

The primary objective of the institution is to provide a disciplined and appropriate environment for study to the girls residing in the hostel, so that they can establish their identity in their respective academic fields. For this purpose, proper guidance and encouragement are provided from time to time.

About Hostel

Indore, the largest city of Madhya Pradesh has been developed into an educational hub in last few years. Thousands of students not only from Madhya Pradesh, but from across the nation comes forward to study and to engage in an effort to complete the dreams of their bright future. The first and foremost requirement of students who come from different places from outside the city is “Safe and convenient residence away from homes”, where they can spend and dedicate their precious time for studies without any hurdle. Keeping in mind the needs of students coming for higher education at Indore, establishment of Smt. Sitadevi Jainarayan Jaju Maheshwari Girls Hostel was taken.
